On Monday, May 2, 2011, ccAdvertising conducted surveys gauging support of potential Republican presidential candidates Tim Pawlenty and Sarah Palin in 2012 when running against incumbent Barack Obama. 6,789 people participated in the survey.

This survey was conducted during and right after the successful U.S. Navy SEALs operation in Pakistan which resulted in the death of Osama Bin Laden. In this survey, 51.26% of respondents held a favorable opinion of President Barack Obama. This is an increase of 5.67% in his favorability rating since April 26, 2011.
90.48% of respondents are concerned about gas prices, while 76.31% support off-shore drilling.
Demographically, of all respondents:
- 34.63% are Republican
- 36.65% are Democrat
- 28.72% are Independent
- 27.05% are supporters of the Tea Party
- 49.26% support the repeal of ObamaCare
- 72.27% are anti-tax
- 56.35% are pro-life
- 58.80% are traditional marriage supporters
- 60.50% support gun owner's rights
- 41.10% are male
- 67.59% are 50 years of age or older
