ccAdvertising has initiated a series of weekly surveys, to both landline and mobile phones, to gauge current levels of support for possible Republican presidential candidates in early primary voting states.

  Week 15 - Newt Gingrich and Ron Paul
On Monday, May 23, 2011, ccAdvertising completed surveys gauging support of potential Republican presidential candidates Newt Gingrich and Ron Paul in 2012 when running against incumbent Barack Obama. 6,325 people participated in the survey.

In this survey, 92.58% of respondents feel that the Navy SEALs who were sent into Pakistan did the right thing by killing of Osama bin Laden.

88.18% of respondents are concerned about gas prices, while 70.49% believe America should increase drilling for oil and gas and mine for coal, on our lands and off of our shores.

Demographically, of all respondents:
  • 34.22% are Republican
  • 37.36% are Democrat
  • 28.42% are Independent
  • 25.36% are supporters of the Tea Party
  • 27.42% support raising the Congressional debt limit
  • 48.64% support the repeal of ObamaCare
  • 72.33% are anti-tax
  • 54.91% are pro-life
  • 59.15% are traditional marriage supporters
  • 61.40% support gun owner's rights
  • 45.22% are male
  • 65.62% are 50 years of age or older
