Gingrich, Paul, Romney, and Santorum - January 30, 2012 |

ccAdvertising has initiated a series of weekly surveys, to both landline and mobile phones, to gauge current levels of support for possible Republican presidential candidates.
This week, ccAdvertising polled the popularity of GOP primary frontrunners Newt Gingrich, Ron Paul, Mitt Romney, and Rick Santorum in Nevada, Colorado, Georgia, Massachusetts, Ohio and Pennsylvania.
Please note that the Nevada caucus is to be held on February 4, 2012 (28 Delegates). The Colorado (36 Delegates) and Minnesota (40 Delegates) caucuses will be held on February 7, 2012. This means that a total of 104 Delegates will be decided in the next 7 days, over twice as many as were assigned in Florida (50 Delegates).
The survey ran on January 29 and 30, 2012. 19,335 people participated in the survey. The following charts show the support for each candidate:

Pennsylvania

Demographically, of all respondents who participated in surveys conducted January 29-30:
- 38.21% are Republican.
- 30.73% are Democrat.
- 31.05% are Independent.
- 44.84% have a favorable opinion of President Obama.
- 29.21% are supporters of the Tea Party.
- 26.15% support the Occupy Wall Street movement.
- 54.98% believe that the national news media supports President Obama.
- 38.51% feel that they are better off now than they were four years ago.
- 79.64% are anti-tax.
- 45.89% believe that the national news media is biased against Christians.
- 68.13% would take action against attacks on Christian views.
- 60.64% are pro-life.
- 58.83% are traditional marriage supporters.
- 65.97% support gun owners' rights.
- 48.56% use Facebook.
- 11.41% use Twitter.
- 48.14% are male.
- 61.14% are 50 years of age or older.
